pLUG-Prime® TA-cloning Vector Kit II는 Fast ligation, High transformation efficiency의 특징을 가지고 있는 제품입니다.
특히 5-15분 내외의 짧은 시간 안에 ligation이 가능하도록 고안되어 있으며, 다양한 size의 insert DNA에서 높은 true white colony 비율을 나타내고 있습니다.
또한 ampicillin resistant gene을 이용하여 선택적인 배양이 가능하도록 하였으며, Blue/White colony 선별 기능으로 target transformants의 선별이 보다
용이합니다.

pLUG-Prime® TA-cloning Vector Kit II는 TA-cloning site에 보다 일반적이고 널리 알려진 restriction enzyme site를 갖도록 디자인 되어있으며,
특히 이전 제품에 비해 EcoRI restriction enzyme site가 양쪽에 있어 PCR product를 확인하는데 더욱 유용한 제품입니다.
이와 같은 방법을 통해 재조합 plasmid의 restriction analysis와 다른 vector로의 re-cloning을 용이하게 수행할 수 있게 해줍니다.

* Before the insert is incorporated into the pLUG-Prime® TA-Cloning Vector II, there is only one HindⅢ site and no BglⅡ site. After the incorporation, the T and A nucleotide on the insert will complement with the sequence on the vector and generate these two new sites.
This merit of pLUG-Prime® TA-Cloning Vector II makes cloning more economical and convenient.
